Jamie T. Wiggins is a seasoned trial attorney whose practice focuses primarily on representing individuals and families in personal injury litigation. Known for her strategic approach to litigation, persuasive legal writing, and unwavering commitment to her clients, Jamie has dedicated her career to helping injured people navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

A graduate of Penn State University, Jamie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Sociology in 2008. Following graduation, she entered the legal profession as a personal injury paralegal, where she discovered both her passion for advocating on behalf of injury victims and her love of litigation. Inspired in part by her father’s catastrophic workplace injury during her childhood, she quickly realized that representing injured individuals was more than a career—it was a calling.

While working under the mentorship of Leno P. Thomas, Jamie developed a strong foundation in legal writing, case strategy, and trial preparation before enrolling at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2014 and distinguished herself both academically and in trial advocacy. Jamie received the Wynne Llewellyn Award for Excellence in Client Counseling and served on Villanova’s National Trial Team, competing throughout the country and earning first place in the regional championship and a second-place national finish in civil trial competition.

After several years practicing at another plaintiff’s personal injury firm, Jamie founded Wiggins Law in 2019. As her practice continued to grow, she reunited professionally with her longtime mentor and friend, Leno Thomas by joining the personal injury department here at Solomon, Berschler, Campbell & Thomas, P.C. In addition to maintaining an active personal injury practice, she has expanded her experience to include criminal defense, civil litigation, family law, and special education law. Despite that diverse practice, her greatest professional passion remains trying personal injury cases alongside Leno.

Throughout her career, Jamie has been recognized for both her advocacy and professional achievement. She has been selected to the Pennsylvania Rising Stars list in 2025 and 2026, an honor recognizing no more than 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys who are either age 40 or younger or have been practicing for ten years or less. She has also been recognized as a Lawyer of Distinction in 2025 and 2026, named among the Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania by The National Trial Lawyers, and recognized nationally as one of the Top 10 Under 40 Personal Injury Attorneys by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. In addition, she was voted Philly’s Best Lawyer and Philly’s Best Personal Injury Attorney in 2021 and 2022.

Jamie is admitted to practice before the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Outside the courtroom, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. A native of Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains, she loves hiking, painting, reading, attending concerts with her father, and exploring the outdoors with her family and dogs.
